After reading the positive reviews above I placed an order for this replacement battery for my HP notebook computer. The product was packed very well and shipped promptly. It looked good out of the box; no physical damage. Unfortunately, the battery would not charge in my HP notebook, so I contacted Amazon and they promptly provided means for returning the battery for a credit to my account.
Later in the same day I received a phone call directly from Imac, the battery supplier to Amazon, by an employee named John. He was genuinely concerned that I had received a defective battery and explained that Imac products have an extremely low defect rate. He wanted to make things right and offered to ship a replacement free of charge. I agreed and he shipped the battery.
It arrived the NEXT BUSINESS DAY. He had shipped it overnight. This battery worked perfectly, and I am very happy with the purchase.
I must say this is the most responsive customer service I have ever experienced from any vendor, and I can recommend this product to other customers without hesitation. I could not be happier.

Needed at replacement laptop battery for our HP and didn't really want to spend the $100 plus for a HP branded battery, especially since the original one didn't last but about a year and a half. After ordering, the battery only took a few days to arrive. They were prompt in communicating the tracking number and even had a number to contact them if there was a problem. After the original factory battery reached the point where battery could no longer hold a charge, I started to look for a replacement battery.I got a very fast shipping for this item. It was easy to install and easy to use. The battery itself looks pretty much the same as original factory battery.I am happy to see that I can have around 4 hours of usage with this battery, which is good enough for me. I recommend this battery as it is performing really well for me so far, and it has been working fine for the last a couple of months.
